“Time” ~ The Precious Gift from God!

Ecclesiastes 3:1 ~ There is a right time for everything, and everything on earth will happen at the right time.

time is a gift

“When we arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive—to breathe, to think, to enjoy, and to love.” “Every morning we are handed 24 golden hours and we spend much of the 24 hours procrastinating about how much time we don’t have. Time is the one thing we all have in common, but it is also the one thing that we all use differently.

Time is a commodity that we can’t buy back—we can’t exchange anything we have or possess to trade for time that has been wasted or squandered. How many countless hours have we allowed the enemy to steal from us daily.

Worry ~ Work ~ Pain ~ Family ~ Ourselves

All of the above and then some we don’t make time for. We have left our lives in the hands of a cell phone, ipad, computer, calendars and the sort, we still have no time. So technology made us become dependent upon these apparatuses assuming that it would make our lives better, easier, and “give us more time” but the way I see it, it has made our lives more complicated. We don’t communicate with one another face to face, there is no emotion in our conversations because we type them not say them; so most times, our time is wasted trying to decipher what a person is saying through a text message. We don’t take time to properly do our jobs at work or at home nor do we properly take care of ourselves because of lack of time.

So we say, if there were more hours in a day, we could accomplish this or that. Our greatest resource is “Time”. We can determine what our future holds based on how much time and energy we spend working on ourselves now.

I am learning to spend time improving myself that I have no time left to criticize others—during this time, I am creating winning habits.  Winning is not a sometime thing: it’s an all the time thing. You don’t win once in a while; you don’t do the right thing once in a while; you do them right all the time. Winning is a habit. Unfortunately, I have learned, so is losing.”

So I say to You, Again~~Every morning you are handed 24 golden hours. They are one of the few things in this world that you get free of charge. If you had all the money in the world, you couldn’t buy an extra hour. What will you do with this priceless treasure?
