Prayers on Faith, Hope and Life
Lord,
We lift up our voices and our spirits to break the silence that often happens when we are confronted with mental illness. We name the un-named experiences which comes to those who live with a mental illness such as major depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, schizophrenia and eating disorders. We pray for those affected by hopelessness as well as people dealing with suicidal thoughts. We ask that you provide them with comfort and guidance, and the placement of a support system in their life to let them know that they are important and that they matter and that they’re not alone.
